【Project Background】

The client is a leading domestic enterprise in the fertilizer industry, with production bases located in Southwest China, including both indoor and outdoor scenarios. Jiuyao Intelligence introduced 8 CP20 counterbalanced AGV forklifts + Tianji system + Tianshu system industrial L4 autonomous driving full workflow solution to achieve cross indoor-outdoor area full process operations in the fertilizer industry.

 【Project Challenges】

1)      The transported goods are soft-packaged agricultural fertilizers that may settle when compressed, making it difficult for AGV forklifts to stack.

2)      There is an 8° long slope during transportation where soft packages can easily tilt.

3)      8 AGV forklifts operating simultaneously creates challenges in vehicle scheduling and traffic management.

4)      Outdoor transfer scenarios present challenges in rain, snow and fog conditions.

【Project Process】

Cargo Offline: Manual PDA scanning confirms cargo information, FMS Tianshu system issues task instructions, AGV forklift picks up cargo at offline point and delivers to storage or shipping area.

Cargo Storage: According to FMS Tianshu system task instructions, AGV forklift transports cargo from offline area to storage area, completing soft package double-layer stacking.

Cargo Outbound: According to FMS Tianshu system task instructions, AGV forklift transports cargo from offline area to outbound area, completes cargo stacking on double-layer pallets, interfaces with conveyor belt, workers place soft packages on conveyor belt.

Pallet Return: AGV forklift transports empty pallets to pallet storage area, completing multi-layer stacking of empty pallets.

 【Project Highlights】

1)            Self-developed fusion perception technology accurately identifies soft package deformation, AGV forklift efficiently completes soft package stacking.

2)            Adapts to large angle (8°) long slopes, drives smoothly, prevents soft package tipping.

3)            FMS intelligent scheduling system enables 8 AGV forklifts to work collaboratively, with priority allocation, traffic control and other functions, supporting 25KM large map capability, multi-area wireless path and storage location calculation to effectively improve operation efficiency.

4)            Fusion perception + fusion positioning technology enables outdoor transfer in rain, snow and fog conditions.
