Project Background


The customer attaches great importance to the implementation of digital strategy and actively promotes the commercial application of automatic transportation projects. The project scenario is the blank transportation between the foundry workshop and machining workshop (CM transportation). Through the introduction of Jiuyao Intelligence's industrial autonomous driving full work chain solution, the manual call loading method is upgraded to automatic shortage identification, achieving logistics personnel savings, solving problems such as low efficiency and high error rates in manual information transmission, and greatly improving digital management capabilities. Based on the actual project situation, Jiuyao Intelligence introduced multiple Q30 and Q60 unmanned towing vehicles in two scenarios: CM transportation and ZR engine automatic transportation, achieving the effect of 1 unmanned towing vehicle replacing 3 AGVs. On the system side, Jiuyao Tianjing system and Jiuyao Tianshu system were deployed. Through cloud system integration with customer business systems, logistics data interconnection was achieved. During operation, the unmanned towing vehicles overcame many challenges including AI automatic visual recognition of transportation volume, indoor and outdoor unmanned transportation, alternating transportation of multiple parts, automatic production line ultra-high precision loading and unloading, shift management, synchronous account and material settlement, roadside equipment coordination, etc., achieving end-to-end unmanned operation of the entire work chain.
