The client of this project is a leading private enterprise in the domestic automotive lighting industry. This collaboration marks Jiuyao Intelligent's first foray into the automotive lighting sector and is a significant demonstration of how industrial unmanned driving technology can empower the automotive industry chain. The project primarily focuses on outdoor cargo transportation within a closed environment. Unmanned tow tractors are utilized to efficiently load, unload, and transport goods between different factory areas and finished goods warehouses. Relying on the Tianshu system and handheld terminals for intelligent scheduling of the working vehicles, the project has achieved a high degree of unmanned operation, intelligence, and informatization.

 Product Introduction

The project comprehensively selected and applied Jiuyao Intelligent's Q60 unmanned tow tractor based on the working conditions. The Q60 features autonomous route planning, intelligent obstacle avoidance, automatic parking, automatic charging, and automatic coupling and uncoupling functions. It also employs advanced algorithms such as multi-sensor adaptive fusion, environmental perception, and route planning. The Q60 can accurately interface with third-party devices like AGVs, forklifts, rolling doors, and traffic lights without manual operation. It is widely applicable to low-speed unmanned transportation operations in closed areas such as airports, ports, factories, parks, and warehouses.

This collaboration with a leading customer in the automotive lighting industry has further expanded the application scenarios of Jiuyao Intelligent's unmanned tow tractors, enhancing the product's compatibility and stability in outdoor production environments within the automotive industry chain. It has provided strong support for the customer's digital factory construction, offered a model for collaborative innovation along the industry chain, and laid a solid foundation for future cooperation upgrades.
